For 40 years, we've believed that doing good and doing business well are the same goal. Our 2025 Purposeful Performance Report brings that conviction into the open — with auditable data, real community impact, and a clear view of where we're headed.
From solar-powered facilities in Anaheim and Ho Chi Minh to certified farming programs across Vietnam, Indonesia, and Tanzania, here's what we accomplished in 2025.
Powering Our Facilities with the Sun.
Our Anaheim and Ho Chi Minh facilities generated 1.74 million kWh of solar energy in 2025 — meeting 55% of our total energy needs and avoiding 1,067 metric tons of CO₂e, the equivalent of planting roughly 48,000 trees. We also achieved a 95% solid waste diversion rate, zero hazardous waste to landfill, and recycled 80% of total water use at our Vietnam plant.

Rooted in Farming Communities.
We partner directly with over 850 farmers in Vietnam and 1,000+ in Indonesia — providing training, certification support, and access to premium export markets. In 2025, 17.6% of our total spice procurement volume was responsibly sourced, exceeding our 15% target ahead of schedule. Women hold 55% of our senior leadership roles globally, and we recorded zero lost-time accidents across all facilities.
Through the Harris Global Foundation, we invested $231,175 in 2025 across sustainable agriculture programs, girls' education in rural India, disaster relief for California fire victims, and community health initiatives.
Impact That Reaches Beyond Business.
The Harris Global Foundation (our 501(c)(3) nonprofit) channeled investments across six initiatives in 2025 — from $80,000 toward organic and Rainforest Alliance certification for 800 Indonesian pepper farmers, to $20,000 supporting World Central Kitchen's disaster relief efforts, to $26,940 funding girls' education through Action Village India.
We're also proud members of the National Minority Supplier Development Council, actively expanding procurement access for minority-owned suppliers across our value chain.
